Their tech Eddie was sent to my home to give an estimate on some repairs caused by improper venting of restroom fans. He was prompt, knowledgeable and explained things so that as a non-expert I understood fully. Most importantly I was told in plain honest terms that the situation was not as extreme as the previous person that inspected implied. Also the needed fixes were a lot less expensive, different and longer lasting as well. If you need anything checked for remediation I couldn’t recommend a better company and to be more specific a better tech. Ask for Eddie!

We called John Grace Restoration because we thought we might have mold in our attic. Eddie came out, checked our basement and attic for mold, and said that our attic did not need treatment. We were grateful for his professionalism and reassurance, and for his integrity.

We had a pipe break in winter when the heat went off causing extensive damage, flooding, at our beach home. Mitigation was performed by another company who could not finish the restoration job after 4 months. John Grace team came in and finished restoration in one month. With the most excellent service. I met all the members of the team: including adjustor Jacob, main contractor Adam, cabinetry, flooring, plumbing, reconstruction. It was a major reconstruction. And yet it was done in a timely fashion and the people involved were always responsive: to calls and questions, meetings, and were very personable and kind. I have never met better workers and cannot say enough about the excellence of the work, attention to details, the efficiency of completion and the kindness of the specific people involved. There was never a harsh word or inconvenience from the anyone on the team. I especially want to call out Jacob Allen the adjustor and Adam Reaume the contractor by name. They were the best people to work with on a complicated project. made it easy… ! And price s were reasonable. they worked well with the insurance company too.Not one problem..

Jayne and Grayson were competent, experienced, and friendly. They did a thorough job removing or treating every part at our basement floor that was affected by mold all, and they answered all our questions to our satisfaction. The remediation wasn’t too pricey, and Ben (who inspected the site and gave us an estimate) was highly knowledgeable had our best interest in mind. We highly recommend John Grace.

Used John Grace (Inspector Chris) for mold inspection after a water leak. Lots of places I have heard may exaggerate damages in order to get business, this was not the case at all. Inspector said we had no mold and hence no work needed to be done. Chris was very kind and helpful. He used state of the art tools to test for water behind walls and under carpet. I have heard great things from local plumbers about this company and am glad I chose them.

Connor and Daetyn were excellent in their demo work and cleanup. Made sure to eradicate any sign of mold where water had been, removed drywall, carpet and manufactured flooring. Last year we had a fire at our home and the John Grace Construction and Restoration Teams have been exceptional. Recently Benny, Jake, Zach and Moriah moved all of our restored items back into our home. All four of them were very respectful, courteous and hard working. Water damage at my house. I have been really impressed by JohnGrace company in their response to the damage and coordinating with me and insurance co. We were very pleased with John Grace Restoration. From the beginning they were very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped us find and remove mold from our wall. They recommended an inspection company that did an air sample in the suspected wall. Then Gabe and Chris came and were professional and hard working. They put protection down on the floors to the room and sealed off the room and the area within the room. The containment was really good and the removal of the mold was excellent. Great experience.

We had some plumbing issues that leaked into the wall and carpet. Our plumber recommended John Grace for restoration and fixing things and i am so glad they did. They have been great to work with – so on top of things, very responsive and everyone that has come by has been friendly and knowledgeable. It has been very nice to work with one company like John Grace to fix everything the plumbing issue caused, versus having to find and sub out many different contractors.

Came home from a girl’s weekend to find a very wet corner floor (carpeted) in my lower level guest room. Asked for recommendations from a few friends and they said call John Grace. Eddie arrived two days later, and within minutes determined the extent of the damage and probable cause. He gave me solid advice on how to avoid future issues (clear rocks from the outside wall), and how to effectively dry the flooring myself- saving me money. Of course John Grace could have a team come in and do it, but it was refreshing to have a company want to do what’s best for me and NOT try to sell me something.Bravo John Grace, and thank you Eddie!
