In 2019, We (John Grace Restoration) acquired Port City Construction and Development Services. We had the need to gain PCCDS’s experienced staff to handle commercial repairs for the large restoration jobs that were being referred to us.
We had also been looking for an opportunity to put roots down on the Lakeshore. We’ve taken the Port City name off of their staff’s business cards but in return we’ve expended their resources and invested heavily in developing their specialized team.
PCCDS lives on as a branch of John Grace that specialized in managing commercial restoration and continues to pursue elective commercial construction projects as PCCDS has done for years. They walk with their clients from design to project completion.
