Great service! When I called about water in our basement Terry S was here within an hour to assess the situation! Very great at explaining how and what needs to be done! Within minutes of him leaving the next crew for clean up called and got me scheduled asap!! The clean up crew arrived when said and did an excellent job with their part. Thank you to Jason, Fez and Justin!!

Tyler and Lars came and helped us immediately when we found out we had water in our basement. They came and were calm and helpful and resourceful and helped make us feel calm as we dealt with a stressful water situation across our basement. They made a stressful situation less stressful, and they were very kind and thoughtful about how they took care of the water issues for these emergency services we needed today. We feel, like the situation has been supported well and both of them were great to work with

Kudos to Connor, Owen, and Eddie with John Grace Restoration. They did an outstanding job in clearing up the water damage and mold from a leak in my furnace drain. In 7 hours of steady hard work, they disposed of all the damaged property, treated and saved far more of my possessions then I thought they could, and cleaned up the damaged area, removed a built in wall/desk unit and set up fans to dry everything out. They were neat, friendly, courteous, answered all my questions and made my dog Maggie happy with all their attention. I would do business again with John Grace Restoration, especially if I would be dealing with Connor, Owen, and Eddie. Thank you for your professionalism and quality of work.

To Whom It May Concern, Tyler and Baylor just left from having completed their “mitigation” work at my condo. What nice guys they both are! And, they both do great work, too! Not only did they get the old toliet out, and got rid of the water -damaged carpet and flooring, as needed, etc., but they put everything back in it’s place, before they left, too! Plus, Tyler went “beyond the call of duty” to help fix a stuck screen door. And, our patio sliding door, that had come off- the -track, without my asking him to do so! Both were professional and courteous. Tyler was also concerned about my 96 year old Mom, being able to walk throughout the condo without falling, by making sure there was a clear pathway for her, too. Both guys are assets to John Grace Restoration! Another super employee is Terry! Terry was right on time yesterday. And, he spent quality time while he was here, explaining in layman’s terms, what was going to be done by the “mitigation teahm”of Tyler & Baylor today. And, also what to expect down -the -road for finishing the Restoration next week, etc. Terry, too, is very personable. And extremely profesional. After meeting with Terry yesterday, my 96 year old Mom and I, both felt confident that the workers from John Grace Restoration will do their best at making our condo look like it did before they did the restoration. We woke up this morning to find that our toilet had been leaking water for over 8 hours and make its way through the entire bathroom and about 20 feet further into our kitchen. We called John Grace and right away spoke to someone, who got me over to Terry, Terry walked me through very calmly what the process was going to look like and that they would have someone out same day to help. When Ian and Luke showed up they were extremely polite, knowledgeable and easy to work with. They had confidence in what they were doing and made the tear up and clean up process seamless! We have a ways to go in our restoration and I feel beyond grateful I called the right company!

I had extensive water damage at my place, from upstairs, main floor to the basement. I do not know how the teams led by Terry, Brian and Dan from John Grace turned everything around to give me this new home I have today. These three were available, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with my gazillion questions and requests. I can go on and on. I am very happy with my new home, and I can comfortably say John Grace served me with grace😊

We experienced water damage and wet Carpeting and mold in our basement two weeks ago. We called the John Grace company and this morning Tyler and Colin came out to do the work. The care that they are taking with our house putting down coverings on the stairs in the garage all the walk areas for carpeting is down in the basement was absolutely incredible. They cleaned up their mess they tell me what they think is going on and made a couple of recommendations and I got back in touch with Ben and we’re moving forward for repairs. But this team is absolutely incredible whatever recognition you can give them they deserve. Richard Austin

I am very satisfied with the prompt courteous service I received with the recent water main break. John Grace was at my house within the hour and came promptly after to begin the clean up. Everyone on the crew; Nate, Tyler, Ethan,Lars, Jackson, Luke, Terry, Zach, Lucus, Baylor, Alan and Eddie were so nice and explained what they were doing. I’m very thankful for the job they are doing

Great company to work with! We had Ben come out for an assessment after a broken pipe created water damage in our house. He was so patient with our questions and very thorough. Ian and Ethan were quick and efficient with drying everything out and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would highly recommend them!

Can’t imagine working with any other company when it comes to issues around leaks and water damage in our house. This is the second time we’ve used John Grace and they are nothing but professional. This last time, we had an issue late night on a Friday and they came out and got us squared away. Then Mitchell and Ian contacted us the next day (completely different guys than the day before) just to make sure we were taken care of and the damage we had was being addressed. They took 2 hrs out of their weekend to help a customer. A++++ service. Would give 6 stars if I could.
