Kudos to Connor, Owen, and Eddie with John Grace Restoration. They did an outstanding job in clearing up the water damage and mold from a leak in my furnace drain. In 7 hours of steady hard work, they disposed of all the damaged property, treated and saved far more of my possessions then I thought they could, and cleaned up the damaged area, removed a built in wall/desk unit and set up fans to dry everything out. They were neat, friendly, courteous, answered all my questions and made my dog Maggie happy with all their attention. I would do business again with John Grace Restoration, especially if I would be dealing with Connor, Owen, and Eddie. Thank you for your professionalism and quality of work.

We arrived home from vacation today (Saturday) to find water shooting out of tube for our fridge ice maker. I called John Grace and Erica promptly answered the phone, took down my information and coordinated a team to come out to mop up the water and get fans & dehumidifiers going to dry everything out. Tyler Collins, Lars and Eddie were at my home within an hour and a half after speaking to Erica. They assessed the damage, removed wet items from my basement, removed baseboards to dry out my walls and set up multiple fans and dehumidifiers throughout my basement and first floor. They cleaned up all the mess before leaving. I was thrilled to have someone help so quickly on a Saturday. While I hope others don’t experience water damage like we have, if you do you must call John Grace.

I had John Grace restore and rebuild my kitchen following a roof leak issue. I can not say enough about how outstanding of a job they did on my home. The crew Tim and Dave came in and made me feel completely comfortable having them in my home. The painter , drywaller and flooring contractors were above and beyond friendly and approachable, and finally Mike Post was my lead contractor he checked with me daily and any concerns were addressed immediately. They came in tore down and rebuilt my kitchen in a two week period!! Bravo John Grace!!

We had a major water issue with lots of damage in the lower level of our house. They were at our home first thing in the morning and completed the remediation by late that afternoon. Their crews were very pleasant to work with and very professional in the performance of their jobs. There have been several follow up meetings and phone calls and everything has exceeded our expectations. We are so delighted with the work and interactions with them, we plan on using them for the restoration work to be done. Thank you John Grace team.

We experienced a fire and John Grace came in and helped us start to finish. They are very detailed, thorough, caring and responsive. They treated our home like theirs. They were great advisors, and subcontractors were as caring, kind and thorough as the JG employees were. They worked extremely well with our insurance company. They have excellent communication skills at all levels of their company. Our project manager Dan and account manager Mark T. were the BEST. Everything their website says is true. Would highly recommend them!

I had extensive water damage at my place, from upstairs, main floor to the basement. I do not know how the teams led by Terry, Brian and Dan from John Grace turned everything around to give me this new home I have today. These three were available, responsive, knowledgeable, and patient with my gazillion questions and requests. I can go on and on. I am very happy with my new home, and I can comfortably say John Grace served me with grace😊

Our home in Comstock Park was recently hit by a tornado which blew out seven windows with shattered glass everywhere. The neighbors had mentioned that John Grace was here the previous night boarding up many of our neighbor’s windows and highly recommended calling John Grace which I did and spoke with Erica who said they would send a crew our immediately. It seemd within minutes Clay showed up with plywood and began boarding up the windows. Then Tyler, Eddie, Nate H., and Zac showed up and began cleaning up the damage. Tyler had been working since 2am the night before and left our home at 6pm. They did an amazing job of cleanup making the heavily damaged home very livable. The follow-up so far has been amazing.
